OUR FOUNDER

WORTHY was founded by Ayanna Conway in 2023. Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Ayanna has dedicated the past ten years to professional dance teaching and choreography in Arizona including Choreography Pros dance convention, Evolve Dance & Fitness, The StuDance Lab & Eternal Dance Company. Ayanna also has a unique talent in competitive hip-hop choreography and received multiple National Titles at competitions like Universal Dance Association (UDA), Hip Hop International (HHI), Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA), World of Dance (WOD), Hollywood Dance Convention and LA Dance Magic (LADM)!

As a professional dancer herself in the dance Industry, Ayanna danced in Wande’s “No Cap” Music Video and Maranda Paige’s “No Control” Music Video. Ayanna has also appeared on television with NBC 12, Fox 10 News and Apple Music. One of her greatest accomplishments thus far has been dancing for Rihanna in the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show in Glendale, Arizona as a field dancer in front of millions of fans, choreographed by Parris Goebel. Additionally, she danced for the NBA Phoenix Suns and WNBA Phoenix Mercury for 5 seasons. Ayanna will always be grateful for earning a Business Management, Marketing Bachelor’s Degree from Grand Canyon University, and the endless opportunities that await her.
